Trailblazer Camp: Ignite the Spark of Adventure and Hope

At Trailblazer Camp, we believe every child deserves the chance to experience the magic of summer camp—a time to explore, discover, and grow. Hosted by Welcome Home Youth Advocacy in partnership with Prairie Camp, this extraordinary camp is specifically designed for kids ages 10-13 in foster care, offering them a unique opportunity to create lasting memories and build a brighter future.
