Trailblazer Camp: Ignite the Spark of Adventure and Hope

At Trailblazer Camp, we believe every child deserves the chance to experience the magic of summer camp—a time to explore, discover, and grow. Hosted by Welcome Home Youth Advocacy in partnership with Prairie Camp, this extraordinary camp is specifically designed for kids ages 9-13 in foster care, offering them a unique opportunity to create lasting memories and build a brighter future.

Trailblazer Camp provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can challenge themselves, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. From hiking and games, to arts and crafts, our diverse activities are designed to inspire and empower each camper, encouraging them to blaze their own trail.

Fostering Friendships and Community 

In the heart of nature, campers form meaningful connections with their peers and caring mentors. These relationships foster a sense of belonging and community, helping campers realize they are not alone in their journey.
